New Tabs, this includes the FULL caching feat, w/ a kill switch in the source code, if I want to test something when I don't want the data to be cached. & BLOCK unneeded info like expireMode is NOT OFF or the pageType is NOT GENERAL.

lastCheckCookie, they are forced to relog, as there is somewhat of a
risk it might be a bad attacker, also postgres has limits, and I don't
what to blow it all, so you need the lastCheck Cookie as is. (Yes this
is a super important commit :D
